Delete your account

You can permanently delete your AI Group Call account at any time. Deleting your account removes your account, your entire call history, and all saved conversations, shared images, and summaries. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete in the app (fastest)
If you can sign in to the app, this is the quickest way and takes effect immediately:
- Open the AI Group Call app and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account, call history, conversations, and shared images are permanently deleted right away.
Delete by email
If you can't access the app, email us and we'll delete your account for you:
- Send an email to support@aigroupcall.app with the subject "Delete my AI Group Call account".
- Send it from the email address associated with your account so we can verify the request.
Requests received by email are processed within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your account, your call history, and all associated conversations, shared images, and summaries. Limited records that we are required to keep by law (for example, purchase records for accounting) may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
