Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 19, 2026 · Last updated: September 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Neu Software LLC ("AI Group Call", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the AI Group Call mobile applications and our website at aigroupcall.app (together, the "Service"). It is written to satisfy, among other requirements, the disclosure duties of the Delaware Online Privacy and Protection Act (6 Del. C. § 1205C). Questions or requests: support@aigroupcall.app.
1. Who we are and scope
AI Group Call is a mobile app in which you state a goal and join a live voice call with six AI participants. The agents' voices and speech are generated by OpenAI's realtime models, and the cast, briefs, and summaries are generated using models we access through OpenRouter. This Policy covers the personal information we handle as the controller of your account and call data. It does not cover the separate practices of Apple, Google, or other third parties that operate their own services.
2. Categories of information we collect
We collect the following categories of personally identifiable and related information:
| Category | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Account information | Your name and email address. For email accounts, your password is stored only as a scrypt hash. We never store or see the password itself. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we verify the sign-in token they provide but do not store the token. |
| Voice audio | During a call, your microphone audio is streamed to our server and to OpenAI for live transcription and to run the conversation. We do not retain your audio as recordings after the call (see Section 6). |
| Conversations and images | What you and the agents say, messages you type, and images you choose to share are stored in our database and shown in your in-app history. Shared images are resized and stripped of embedded metadata before storage and processing. This content is deleted when you delete your account. |
| Call metadata | Your typed goal, the generated cast and any edits, call duration, billed minutes, and timestamps. |
| Purchase and subscription records | The product purchased and the transaction identifier we receive from Apple or Google, and your subscription status. We never receive or store your payment card numbers or billing address. |
| Usage events | Operational events such as sign-ins, call starts and ends, and purchases, used to run the Service and to prevent abuse. |
| Website analytics | Cookieless, self-hosted analytics such as the page path and title, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, language, screen size, and approximate location. We do not fingerprint visitors or track them across websites. |
| Content reports | If you report an AI response in the app, we store the report and the related conversation for review. |
| Server logs | Technical logs generated by our servers, which may include IP address, device/app version, and timestamps, kept for security and diagnostics. |
3. How we use information
- To provide the Service: authenticate you, assemble your agent cast, run the live call, transcribe speech, save conversations and shared images and generate summaries, and enforce your account's free allowance and your subscription's minute balance.
- To process purchases and manage subscriptions with Apple and Google.
- To keep the Service safe and reliable: review reported content, detect and prevent abuse and fraud, debug, and secure our systems.
- To understand aggregate website usage and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and important changes.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not use your audio, messages or images to train AI models, and we do not use your personal information for advertising.
4. Categories of third parties we share with
We share personal information only with the categories of third parties below, and only as needed to run the Service. These providers act as our processors or subprocessors under contract and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
| Third party | Role | Information involved |
|---|---|---|
| OpenAI | Realtime voice generation, image understanding, and live transcription of calls | Voice audio, conversation text, and the images you choose to share. Under OpenAI's API terms, API data is not used to train their models. |
| OpenRouter | Text generation (cast, briefs, summaries) via hosted large language models | Your goal and conversation text needed to generate responses and summaries. |
| Cloudflare | Website hosting and DNS | Website request data such as IP address and standard log data. |
| Hetzner | Server hosting (data centers in Finland, EU) | Our application database, self-hosted Umami analytics, and server infrastructure, including your account and call data. |
| Resend | Sending transactional email (address verification, password reset, and account-deletion notices) | Your email address and name, and the contents of those messages. Resend does not use them for its own purposes. |
| Apple / Google | Sign-in verification and in-app billing | Sign-in tokens (verified, not stored) and purchase/transaction records. Payment card details are handled entirely by Apple and Google. |
We may also disclose information to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests or legal process, protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice as required). We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own use.
5. Tracking across sites and Do Not Track
Third-party tracking across sites. The third parties listed above receive information only to perform their functions for us; they do not collect personally identifiable information about your activity across different websites or online services over time through the Service, and we do not permit them to do so. The Service does not use third-party advertising networks or cross-site behavioral-advertising trackers.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Our self-hosted Umami analytics is configured not to send analytics events when your browser has DNT enabled.
6. Real-time audio
Your call audio is processed in real time to transcribe your speech and drive the conversation. It is streamed to our server and to OpenAI for the duration of the call and is not stored by us as an audio recording afterward. What persists after a call is the conversation, shared images, and the call metadata described in Section 2.
7. We do not sell personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past.
8. Retention
We keep account information, conversations, and shared images until you delete them or delete your account. Usage events and server logs are kept for up to 24 months for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics, after which they are deleted or aggregated. Website analytics are retained only as long as needed to understand aggregate service performance and are then deleted or aggregated. Purchase records are retained as needed for accounting and legal compliance. When you delete your account, we delete your account, calls, conversations, shared images, and summaries as described in Section 9, except for limited records we are required to keep by law.
9. Your rights and how to review or change your information
You can access and manage most of your information directly in the app: your call history and transcripts are visible under your history, and you can edit account details in Settings.
- Access and correction. To review or request changes to the personal information associated with your account, use the in-app Settings or email us at support@aigroupcall.app.
- Deletion. You can permanently delete your account and its data in the app under Settings → Delete account. This removes your account, calls, conversations, shared images, and summaries. You may also email us to request deletion.
- Data copy / portability. Email us to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, or other state privacy laws), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise them, use the in-app options or email us; we will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS), storage of email-account passwords only as scrypt hashes, and least-privilege, authenticated access to production data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond appropriately to any incident.
11. International data transfers
We are based in the United States, our application servers are hosted in the European Union (Finland), and some of our processors (including OpenAI and OpenRouter) are located in the United States. As a result, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than where you live, whose data-protection laws may differ from yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
12. Age requirement and children's privacy
The Service is intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher) to create an account or use the Service. The Service is not directed to, marketed to, or designed to appeal to children or teenagers, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, including children under 13 as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe someone under 18 has created an account or provided us personal information, contact us at support@aigroupcall.app and we will delete the account and its data.
13. How we notify you of changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the revised Policy on this page and update the "Last updated" and effective dates above. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate, such as within the app. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.
